According to the official statement, "An unusual meeting pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where hints of forbidden rituals and monstrous metamorphoses echo through the darkness." The plot presents a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden cult.
The mission concentrates on "peculiar tests and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Changes
The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer concludes with a powerful scene showing a character, likely the hostage, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
